Now is the Time

Ok friends now is the time. Now is the time where Jesus shows up in so much glory that His light is evident to all. There are 3 possible ways to treat Joel and the first 2 have not been successful. We are now on our third and final option which is induced hypothermia to bring down his core body temperature to stop the brain from swelling. This will go on for the next 3 days during which he will be in a medically induced coma. We are not wavering in what God has promised to us in regards to Joel's healing not one bit. Circumstances may change by God and His promises never do. Joel will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord Psalm 118:17. I haven't shared this before but I will now. When Joel was recovering from the first stroke he had told me that he felt like God had shown him that one day he would be standing on a stage telling lots of people his testimony of Gods healing in his life. I never told anyone about that conversation. Weeks later 2 different people in their prayers came and told me that God showed them a picture of Joel on a stage sharing his testimony in front of many people. We were praying over Joel in his bed a few days ago and we spoke out loud to remind him of this promise of God. As we started to sing and worship over him tears started to come down his face despite the fact that he is under sedation. God is at work. God will not leave us and He will not forsake us. And He will finish what he started.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

The next few days I probably will not blog much as Joel will be sleeping and recovering and there will be no real updates to give. The doctors tell us they will start allowing him to awaken probably on Monday. I will update as soon as I know more.

In the meantime we are praying if you want to pray with us, we are fasting if you want to fast with us, and we are unwavering in our belief of Gods promises over my husband.

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

Get ready people, you are about to witness a miracle.
