I think we can all agree when it comes to snacking the most healthy way to do so is via fruits and veggies. But what about those days when you want something a little more indulgent? Maybe something salty with a little crunch?
Well, if you're like me you do it in moderation and when you do indulge you try to do it as healthfully as possible. My favorite way to do so? Way Better Snacks.
I first heard about these snacks when I was at the beginning stages of non-toxic living. They were one of the highest recommended (packaged) food so I knew I had to give them a shot. I'm so glad I did. The snacks are yummy and a guilt free way to have a healthy version of chip time.
My #1 favorite thing about Way Better is they have no artificial ingredients, which is super important to me. They are also made with sprouted seeds that are super healthy.
